The Planning Commission generally meets every first and third Tuesday of the month, unless the Tuesday falls on a holiday. In the event of a Tuesday holiday, the Planning Commission generally meets on the preceding Monday. In the event City Hall is closed (for emergencies, inclement weather, etc.) on a day a meeting is scheduled, the Planning Commission would generally meet the next day City Hall is open. | Richmond 300 is the Master Plan for the City of Richmond adopted by City Council December 14, 2020, with amendments adopted September 26, 2023.
